Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 6, 2026

Brett Rodgers ("Service Provider") built the Ntrvl app as a free app. This service is provided as-is.

No Personal Data Collection

Ntrvl does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. The app has no server component and operates entirely offline on your device.

What Stays on Your Device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only: workout configurations you create, your appearance preference (light/dark mode), and whether you have completed the tutorial. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the Service Provider or any third party.

Apple Health Integration

If you grant permission, Ntrvl writes completed workout data to Apple Health. This includes the workout type, duration, and active energy burned. On Apple Watch, Ntrvl also reads your heart rate during workouts to track training intensity.

This data is stored in Apple Health on your device and managed by Apple's privacy controls. Ntrvl does not transmit, collect, or have access to your health data outside of the Apple Health framework. You can revoke Ntrvl's access at any time in Settings > Health > Ntrvl.

No Third-Party Services

Ntrvl does not use analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or any other third-party services that collect data.

Children

Ntrvl does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Feedback

If you choose to contact us via the in-app feedback option, you are initiating an email through your own mail app. The Service Provider receives only what you choose to write. No data is collected automatically.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
